Grad Senj obuhvaća većinom izolirana i teže dostupna naselja ruralnoga karaktera na kojima živi starije stanovništvo, te se kao JLS bori sproblemom nezaposlenosti, depopulacije i procesom starenja stanovništva. Cilj projekta je smanjenje nezaposlenosti, kako na lokalnoj tako i naregionalnoj i nacionalnoj razini i to zapošljavanjem 10 žena na 24 mjeseca koje će svojim radom kroz pružanjem pomoći u kućanstvu krajnjimkorisnicima povećati njihovu kvalitetu života, a kroz aktivnosti dodatnog obrazovanja/osposobljavanja žene sudionice projekta će osnažiti svojepotencijale na tržištu rada.
