Ciljevi izrade Studije razvoja gradskog prometa na području Grada Osijeka su sljedeći: • sagledati stanje postojećeg sustava gradskog prijevoza (GP) u Osijeku i identificirati glavne probleme / pitanja i pozitivne strane, uzimajući u obzir već raspoložive podatke i informacije, s ciljem definiranja potencijalnih projekata koji će se nominirati za financiranje od strane EU prije završetka "Master plana razvoja prometa za grad Osijek i Osječko-baranjskoj županiji" (Master plan) • Pripremiti potrebnu dokumentaciju, kao što su Analiza troškova i koristi, te pomoć oko projektne prijave za predložene projektne ideje kako bi bili spremni za prijavu na fondova EU-u okviru programskog razdoblja od 2014-2020. • Razviti buduću strategiju razvoja za gradskog prijevoza (GP) grada Osijeka kako bi se postigla viša razina održivosti (financijska, tehnička i zaštita okoliša) u sustavu GP Osijeka, kao i održivost javnog prijevoza kao komunalne djelatnosti. The objectives of producing the Urban Transport Study on Osijek City on the City of Osijek are the following: • Taking stock of the existing urban transport system (GP) in Osijek and identifying the main problems/questions and positive parties, taking into account already available data and information, with a view to defining potential projects to be nominated for EU financing before the end of the “Master Plan for Transport Development Plan for Osijek City and Osijek-Baranja County” (Master Plan)• prepare the necessary documentation, such as cost-benefit analysis, and supporting project applications for proposed project ideas in order to be ready to apply to EU funds for the 2014-2020 programming period. • Develop a future urban transport development strategy (GP) of Osijek in order to achieve a higher level of sustainability (financial, technical and environmental protection) in the Osijek GP system, as well as the sustainability of public utility transport.
