Projekt omogućuje znatno poboljšanje usklađenosti obiteljskog i poslovnog života kroz sigurnu brigu za djecu, zapošljavanje koje uključuje zaposlene na projektu, ali i poboljšane mogućnosti zapošljavanja nezaposlenih roditelja zbog sigurne skrbi za djecu.
