    Projektom "Zaželi bolji život u Općini Darda" zaposlilo bi se 10 žena koje se nalaze u nepovoljnom položaju na tržištu rada sa zadatkom da na području Općine Darda skrbe o starijima i nemoćnima u ugroženim kućanstvima. Time bi se poticalo zapošljavanje starijih žena od 50 godina ili druge kategorije nezaposlenih žena iz poziva za prijavitelje, kako bi dalje konkurirale na tržištu rada, te poboljšanje životnih uvjeta starijih osoba koje se teško skrbe o sebi i vlastitom domaćinstvu ( ukupno četrdeset korisnika).
