Svrha projekta je unaprijediti infrastrukturu regionalnog centra kompetentnosti u srednjoj Tehničkoj školi Ruđer Bošković u skladu s potrebama tržišta rada na regionalnoj razini te intenziviranje suradnje sa sličnim centrima u RH. Cilj je povećati relevantnost strukovnog obrazovanja kroz poboljšane uvjete u sektorima elektrotehnike i računalstva s ciljem veće zapošljivosti učenika. Ciljane skupine su odgojno-obrazovni radnici u ustanovama za strukovno obrazovanje – učitelji, nastavnici i andragoški djelatnici, učenici, zaposlenici u malim i srednjim poduzećima, obrtnici i zaposlenici u obrtništvu te druge pravne osobe (trgovačka društva, ustanove i zadruge), nezaposleni te osobe s invaliditetom/učenici s teškoćama. The aim of the project is to improve the infrastructure of the regional centre of competence in the Ruđer Bošković Regional School according to the needs of the regional labour market and to intensify cooperation with similar centres in the Republic of Croatia. The aim is to increase the relevance of vocational education through enhanced conditions in the electrical engineering and computing sectors, with the aim of increasing learners’ employability. The target groups are educational workers in vocational training institutions — teachers and informal workers, pupils, employees in SMEs, craftsmen and employees in the craft industry and other legal persons (companies, establishments and cooperatives), the unemployed, and persons with disabilities/pupils with disabilities.
