Svrha projekta je unaprijediti infrastrukturu regionalnog centra kompetentnosti u srednjoj Tehničkoj školi Ruđer Bošković u skladu s potrebama tržišta rada na regionalnoj razini te intenziviranje suradnje sa sličnim centrima u RH. Cilj je povećati relevantnost strukovnog obrazovanja kroz poboljšane uvjete u sektorima elektrotehnike i računalstva s ciljem veće zapošljivosti učenika. Ciljane skupine su odgojno-obrazovni radnici u ustanovama za strukovno obrazovanje – učitelji, nastavnici i andragoški djelatnici, učenici, zaposlenici u malim i srednjim poduzećima, obrtnici i zaposlenici u obrtništvu te druge pravne osobe (trgovačka društva, ustanove i zadruge), nezaposleni te osobe s invaliditetom/učenici s teškoćama.
