Projektom je predviđena rekonstrukcija ovojnice zgrade koja obuhvaća tri građevinske mjere za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, toplinsku izolaciju stropa prema negrijanog tavana i zamjenu vanjske stolarije), dvije strojarske mjere (rekonstrukciju plinske instalacije zemnog plina i rekonstrukciju postojeće instalacije centralnog toplovodnog radijatorskog grijanja - zamjena plinskog bojlera kondenzacijskim uređajem i ugradnja termo ventila s regulatorom protoka) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2.
