Projektom se u zagradi javne uprave Dugo Selo financiraju mjere energetske obnove i ugradnje fotonaponskih ćelija (38193 kWh godišnje), kojima će se postići projektirana ušteda toplinske energije za grijanje od (QH,nd) 59,70% , projektirana ušteda primarne en. 54,51% i smanjenje emisije CO2 od 50,04%. Povećanjem energetske učinkovitosti zgrade i ugradnjom solarne elektrane poboljšava se kakvoća okoliša i ostvaruju financijske uštede. Ciljna skupina su građani, zaposlenici (110 osoba), te zaposlenici: Državna geodetska uprava, Ministarstvo financija, Ured državne uprave u Zagrebačkoj županiji, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, Ministarstvo zdravlja, Zagrebačka županija, Ministarstvo graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja i Općina Brckovljani.
