The main problem of a company, which is a hotel, is an inefficient use of energy and an outdated equipment that does not meet today’s demand on the rational use of energy. The implementation of the 8 ENU and the 2 measures will ensure a quality energy supply, reducing negative environmental impacts and achieving the project’s goal of reducing the consumption of delivered energy to energy cost as a whole, to the Risnjak and the fitness centre’s building. The implementation of these measures provides for the following results: an increased amount of renewable energy in the gross final consumption of the energy cost unit (by 371 422.28 kWh), an saved energy of more energy cost as a whole (450 602.30 kWh). Glavni problem poduzeća Kraljević hoteli je neučinkovito korištenje energije i zastarjela oprema koja ne odgovara današnjim zahtjevima u pogledu racionalne uporabe energije. Provedbom 8 mjera EnU i 2 mjere OIE osigurat će se kvalitetna opskrba energijom, uz smanjivanje negativnih učinaka na okoliš te će se postići cilj projekta - smanjenje potrošnje isporučene energije u energetski troškovnoj cjelini zgradi hotela Risnjak i zgradi fitness centra. Provedbom navedenih mjera predviđeni su sljedeći rezultati: povećana količina obnovljive energije u bruto konačnoj potrošnji energetski troškovne cjeline (za 371.422,28 kWh), ušteđena isporučena energija energetski troškovnoj cjelini (za 450.602,30kWh).
