Studio Matija nema uvedenu softversku podršku poslovanju, a koristi stare tehnologije i opremu za pripremu za tisak i sami tisak. Kroz provedbu projekta planira nabaviti novu opremu za foto-studio, grafičku pripremu, tisak i integrirani poslovni sustav, koja će biti instalirana u novi poslovni prostor u centru Siska. Planirano je uvođenje ERP-sustava za podršku poslovnim procesima, te nabava programa za grafički dizajn i pripremu koja će povećati kvalitetu usluge. Omogućiti će povećanje asortimana i kapaciteta usluga, opremanje novih radnih mjesta, snižavanje direktnih troškova izrade, te proširenje prodaje prema drugim tržišnim nišama. Ciljani korisnici su zaposlenici, uprava i poslovni partneri. (Croatian)

Through the implementation of the project, it plans to procure new photo studio equipment, graphics, printing and integrated business system, which will be installed in the new business area of the Sisak centre. The planned roll-out of the ERP-system is planned to support business processes, and the procurement of the graphic design programme and the preparation that will increase the quality of the service. It will allow to increase the range and capacity of the services, equip new jobs, lower the direct costs of production and expand sales to other market niches. The targeted beneficiaries are employees, administrations and business partners. (English)
