Cilj projekta je nabava novog integriranog IKT poslovnog rješenja (ERP sustava) za optimizaciju poslovanja kojom bi Prijavitelj učinkovitije organizirao poslovne procese, unaprijedio informatički standard, te povećao konkurentnost i efikasnost. Projektom se uvode napredna IKT rješenja koja će optimizirati poslovne procese, integrirati poslovne funkcije i omogućiti učinkovitiju organizaciju tijeka rada.Ovim projektom će se povećati razina usluge klijentima te efikasnost i motivacija zaposlenika.
