Osnovni problem poslovanja društva EXPERIENCE DUBROVNIK j.d.o.o. predstavlja izostanak vlastite usluge on line rezervacija usluga Društva te on line plaćanje usluga Društva što će biti preduvjet za rezervaciju.Društvo će posjedovati bazu klijenata kako bi poboljšalo kvalitetu usluge koju nudi klijentima, uvelo nove usluge sukladno zahtjevima tržišta te efikasnije upravljalo svojim resursima. Uspješna provedba projekta dovesti će do povećanja konkurentnosti Društva na tržištu. Ciljna skupina su djelatnici Društva, a krajnji korisnici bit će sadašnji i potencijalni klijenti, kao i šira i uža društvena zajednica unutar kojih se odvijaju aktivnosti Društva. (Croatian)
