Projektom su obuhvaćene savjetodavne usluge za pripremu dokumentacije nužne za uvođenje sustava upravljanja te postupci certificiranja sustava upravljanja poslovnim procesima i kvalitetom koje pružaju ovlaštene stručne osobe.
