Projektet syftar till att skapa en innovationsarena för att stärka samverkan mellan akademi, institut, föreningsliv, offentlig sektor och små och medelstora företag. Genom denna fysiska arena kan konkurrenskraftiga, innovativa och kommersialiserbara produkter och tjänster skapas inom idrott, teknik och hälsa, vilket bidrar till en hållbar tillväxt hos små och medelstora företag. Projektaktiviteterna består i att ITH ska synliggöras som arena, erbjuda erfarenhetsutbyten och lotsa företag till kvalificerad rådgivning och forskning, samt stärka samverkan mellan GU och Chalmers.
