Projektet ska genomföra strategisk utbyggnad av bredband i Värmland, där marknadsmässiga förutsättningar saknas. Projektet berör 5 kommuner av länets 16 kommuner och ger 483 företag möjlig tillgång till bredband med hög kapacitet. Projektet är det första av planerade (tre) utbyggnadsprojekt. Resultatet av utbyggnaden är ett ortssammanbindande/anslutnings nät som gynnar länets företag och som bidrar till deras möjligheter till utveckling och tillväxt. Deltagande kommuner och medfinansiärer är Hagfors, Forshaga, Torsby, Eda samt Karlstads kommun. (Swedish)
