Det övergripande målet med projektet är att öka antalet företag med tjänsteinnovationer som sin huvudsakliga affärsidé. Projektets mål är att en inkubator för tjänsteinnovationer har etablerats och de deltagande företagen ska ha ökat sin omsättning samt uppvisa en ökad överlevnadsgrad. Projektets delmål: ¿ Inkubatorn ska ha anpassat och utvecklat metoder och verktyg särskilt anpassade för tjänsteinnovationer. ¿ Inkubatorn ska erbjuda sina tjänster på flera ställen i regionen. ¿ Inkubatorn ska vid projektslut ha etablerats så att driftfinansiering säkrats med långsiktiga och stabila ägare.
