Förstudien ska undersöka behov av kunskap och kompetens för effektiva logistikflöden samt hur effektiva dessa flöden kan bli genom en stärkt samverkan. Mål för ett framtida genomförande är att utveckla samverkan över länsgränser för effektivisering av transporter. Kompetenskartläggningen kan leda till kompetensutvecklingsinsatser i ett senare genomförande. Förväntade effekter på sikt av ett framtida genomförandeprojekt är kostnadseffektiva logistikflöden för regionens företag. (Swedish)
