Předmětem projektu je vývoj nového ICT řešení BSP (Business and Sales Platform) postaveného na základech dvou informačních systémů: BLOGIC CRM a BLOGIC eCommerce. Pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Business Logic je prioritou vyvinout komplexní systém pro zajištění obchodních procesů zákazníka. S vývojem nové platformy souvisí významné vylepšení stávajících řešení (vývoj 8 klíčových modulů, podpora jazykových mutací, přechod na cloudové řešení, řízení obchodu umělou inteligencí). a. (Czech)

The project aims to develop a new ICT solution BSP (Business and Sales Platform) based on two information systems: BLOGIC CRM and BLOGIC eCommerce. To increase the competitiveness of Business Logic, the priority is to develop a comprehensive system to ensure customer business processes. The development of the new platform is related to significant improvements to existing solutions (development of 8 key modules, support for language mutations, transition to cloud solutions, business management by artificial intelligence).
