Projekt navazuje a rozšiřuje již zrealizované aktivity v rámci projekt výzvy č. 89 (OP LZZ) a to především na vytvořenou Strategii ŘLZ, kterou doplňuje o nové oblasti ŘLZ při použití nových nástrojů řízení LZ a také reaguje na analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb, kdy dochází ke zvýšení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců na základě této analýzy.Mimo tyto navazující oblasti řeší projekt manažerský audit, nastavení systému komunikace jak uvnitř úřadu, tak směrem ke klientům/veřejnosti. The project builds up and expands the already implemented activities within the Call No. 89 (OP LZZ) project, especially to the created Strategy of ŘLZ, supplemented by new areas of HSY using new tools of LZ management and also responds to the analysis of educational needs, where the knowledge and skills of employees are increased on the basis of this analysis.Besides these related areas, the project solves management audit, setting the communication system both inside the office and towards clients/public.
