    Předmětný objekt vykazuje ve stávajícím stavu vysokou energetickou náročnost, která se odráží ve vysokých provozních nákladech. Cílem projektu je snížení nákladů na vytápění v objektu. Snížení energetické náročnosti bude dosaženo zateplením vnějších obvodových stěn kontaktním zateplovacím systémem (ETICS) s polystyrénem s příměsí grafitu tl. 130 mm. Pokles nákladů bude mít příznivý ekonomický dopad jak na vlastníka objektu tak na nájemce. (Czech)

    The object in question shows a high energy intensity in the current state, which is reflected in high operating costs. The aim of the project is to reduce heating costs in the building. The reduction of energy intensity will be achieved by insulated external circuit walls with a contact heating system (ETICS) with polystyrene with graphite tl added. It’s 130 mm. The decrease in costs will have a positive economic impact on both the owner of the building and the tenants. (English)
