Projekt se zaměřuje na pomoc a podporu rodinám dlouhodobě nebo opakovaně zařazených do evidence OSPOD. Stěžejní aktivitou projektu je sestavit a realizovat program, který pomůže rodičům posílit jejich rodičovské kompetence a zplnomocnit je v jejich rodičovské roli. Do programu budou zapojeni rodiče se svými dětmi, které jsou ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. V rámci dalších aktivit bude podpořena dostupnost služeb nutných k podpoře dalších rodin a profesní rozvoj pracovníků OSPOD na území kraje. (Czech)

The project focuses on helping and supporting families long-term or repeatedly included in the OSPOD records. The core activity of the project is to build and implement a program that will help parents to strengthen their parental competences and empower them in their parental role. Parents with their children who are at risk of social exclusion will be involved in the programme. Within other activities, the availability of services necessary to support other families and professional development of OSPOD workers in the region will be supported. (English)
