Společnost prošla genderovým auditem, na základě jeho zjištění jsou nastaveny jednotlivé KA. Lázně Teplice nad Bečvou se potýkají s problematikou nedostatku kvalitních zaměstnanců/kyň, uvědomili jsme si, že tento problém souvisí s genderovou problematikou . Naše společnost se proto rozhodla pro celkovou reorganizace směrem ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí, rovných příležitostí, sladění pracovního a rodinného života. Chceme se stát moderní organizací s pozitivním a genderově vyváženým klimatem . (Czech)

The company underwent a gender audit, based on its findings, individual KAs are set up. Teplice nad Bečvou is struggling with the issue of a lack of quality employees/guests, we realised that this problem is related to gender issues. Our company therefore opted for an overall reorganisation towards improving the working environment, equal opportunities, reconciliation of work and family life. We want to become a modern organisation with a positive and gender-balanced climate. (English)
