Diecézní charita Brno se v rámci své nové strategie vrací k původnímu zaměření, a to k identifikování sociálních problémů ve společnosti a jejich aktivnímu řešení. Projektem zajistíme implementaci nové strategie do organizačních jednotek a současně podpoříme profesionální rozvoj fundraisingu, který je v organizaci dosud nedostatečně ošetřen, ale je nezbytným nástrojem pro zavedení této strategie.
