Cílem projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit směřujících ke zvýšení kvalifikace a odbornosti našich zaměstnanců. Do projektu bude zapojeno celkem 131 zaměstnanců žadatele (125 os.) a partnera (6 os.).Projekt vychází z provedené analýzy potřeby v oblasti rozvoje zaměstnanců a vzdělávacího plánu, jenž definuje vhodná školení na 2 roky.Projekt počítá s VŘ na poskytovatele kurzů dle platné metodiky OP Z.
