Projekt řeší komplexní proškolení všech zaměstnanců firmy Gmont cable, s.r.o. se zaměřením na znalosti související s výkonem pracovní činnosti každého zaměstnance. Vzdělávání je z největší části zaměřeno na technické dovednosti a obecné IT. Po skončení projektu dojde ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců, zlepšení kvality práce a její efektivity. The project solves comprehensive training of all employees of Gmont cable, s.r.o. with a focus on knowledge related to the performance of the work activities of each employee. Education is mainly focused on technical skills and general IT. After the end of the project, the level of knowledge and skills of employees will be increased, the quality of work and its effectiveness improved. (English)
