    Cílem projektu je zajistit růst kvality intervencí ve prospěch osob s demencí v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí, o které pečují neformální pečující. Projekt řeší nastavení spolupráce poskytovatelů sociálních služeb (pobytových či terénních služeb) osobám s demencí s neformálními pečovateli, především přenosem odborných znalostí a dovedností směrem k neformálním pečujícím (vzděláváním, stážemi, konzultacemi apod.) a nastavením a ověřením využitelnosti sdílené péče.     The aim of the project is to improve the quality of interventions for the benefit of people with dementia in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí, who take care of informal carers. The project deals with the setting of cooperation of providers of social services (residential or field services) to persons with dementia with informal carers, especially by transferring expertise and skills towards informal carers (education, internships, consultations, etc.) and setting and verifying the usability of shared care.
