Projekt se zaměřuje na zajištění chodu Regionální stálé konference Královéhradeckého kraje (RSK KHK), což má na starosti sekretariát RSK. Aktivity sekretariátu RSK jsou zaměřeny zejména na zajištění činnosti a chodu RSK a jim zřízených pracovních skupin po administrativní, organizační a koordinační stránce.
