Projekt umožní realizovat firemní vzdělávání pro zaměstnance společnosti Farmet a.s. jako hlavního žadatele a pro zaměstnance společnosti MAJKA - ÚKLIDOVÉ SLUŽBY, s.r.o. jako partnera. Za účelem identifikace konkrétních vzdělávacích kurzů vhodných pro zaměstnance byla ve společnostech realizována analýza vzdělávacích potřeb. Projekt cílí především na rozvoj pracovních znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí potřebných pro kvalitní výkon práce u uvedených zaměstnavatelů. (Czech)

The project will enable company training for employees of Farmet a.s. as the main applicant and for employees of MAJKA – Cleaning SERVICES, s.r.o. as a partner. In order to identify specific training courses suitable for employees, an analysis of educational needs was carried out in companies. The project aims primarily at the development of working knowledge, skills and competences needed for the quality of work performed by the employers. (English)
