Projekt je zacílen na podporu sociálního začleňování a aktivizace osob se zdravotním znevýhodněním (duševním onemocněním či kombinací diagnóz) prostřednictvím vzniku a provozu komunitního centra, činnosti komunitního sociálního pracovníka (v KC i v terénu), s využitím řady motivačních, iniciačních aktivit vedoucích k participaci a zplnomocnění cílové skupiny. Projekt je vhodně doplněn o výchovně vzdělávací aktivity, poradenství a podporou integrace CS na trh práce. (Czech)

The project is aimed at promoting social inclusion and activation of people with disabilities (in mental illness or combination of diagnosis) through the creation and operation of the community centre, the activities of community social worker (in the KC and in the field), using a number of motivational, initiation activities leading to participation and empowerment of the target group. The project is suitably complemented by educational activities, consultancy and support of CS integration into the labour market. (English)
