Jsme malá stavební firma v kraji zmítaném relativně vysokou nezaměstnaností, kde vítězství v boji o zakázky je rozhodující pro existenci firmy. Největší konkurenční výhodu pro tento boj vidíme jednoznačně ve vlastních zaměstnancích; tak, jako zvládají svou práci, tak mají poměrně velké rezervy v komunikaci se zákazníkem a ekonomickém uvažování. Proto jim díky této možnosti chceme dát potřebný rozvoj, aby tím pomohli získávát dlouhodobě více zakázek pro firmu. (Czech)

We are a small construction company in a region torn by relatively high unemployment, where victory in the fight for contracts is decisive for the company’s existence. The greatest competitive advantage for this fight is clearly seen in our own employees; as they manage their work, they have relatively large reserves in communication with the customer and economic thinking. Therefore, thanks to this possibility, we want to give them the necessary development in order to help them get more orders for the company in the long term. (English)
