Projekt řeší aktuálně nevyhovující úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců na THP pozicích. Vymezená skupina osob do projektu je pro společnost SALTEK s.r.o. klíčová. Příčiny problému jsou v nedostatečných zdrojích zaměstnavatele na průběžné vzdělávání zaměstnanců a na podporu moderních systémů řízení lidských zdrojů.Cílem projektu společnosti SALTEK s.r.o. je zvýšení úrovně kompetencí pracovníků. The project solves currently unsatisfactory level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees in THP positions. The defined group of persons for the project is crucial for SALTEK s.r.o. company. The causes of the problem are insufficient resources of the employer for continuous training of employees and support of modern human resources management systems.The aim of the SALTEK s.r.o. project is to increase the level of competence of workers. An increase in the level of knowledge and skill is expected. (English)
