The project focuses on identifying and eliminating the impact of institutionalisation on users of social services and at the same time supporting the competencies of CSS Stod staff. The project plan includes supporting non-investment activities, such as educational activities for workers involved in the transformation process, creating methodological procedures leading to the integration of users of social services into the normal environment and the creation of evaluation procedures and their implementation.
