Předmětem projektu je pořízení a rekonstrukce brownfieldového objektu, který se nachází v k.ú Bohatice. Objekt je dlouhodobě nevyužíván a žadatel ho pořizuje s cílem vybudování vlastní podnikatelské provozovny zaměřené na činnost v oblasti informačních technologií.Přínosy projektu:-revitalizace podnikatelského objektu-ekonomický rozvoj podniku-vytvoření nových pracovních míst v lokalitě s nadprůměrnou mírou nezaměstnanosti.Záměr projektu je v naprostém souladu s programem Nemovitosti. a. The object has long been unused and the applicant acquires it with the aim of building its own business establishment focused on activities in the field of information technology.Project benefits:-revitalisation of the business building-economic development of the company-creation of new jobs in the locality with above average unemployment rate.The project’s intention is in complete compliance with the program Real estate. a.
