Vzrůstající počet osob s kumulovanými hendikepy, uchazečů o zaměstnání a nesoulad jejich vzdělání a poptávky trhu práce vede ke zvyšující se nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Realizací projektu pomůžeme snížit počet těchto osob nezaměstnaných a evidovaných na ÚP. Poskytneme jim potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů v karlovarském regionu a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzu do zaměstnání. Cílem projektu je propojit nabídku a poptávku trhu práce. (Czech)

An increasing number of people with accumulated handicaps, jobseekers, and inconsistencies in their education and labour market demand have led to increasing unemployment among these people. By implementing the project, we will help to reduce the number of these people unemployed and registered at the ÚP. We will provide them with the necessary education due to the requirements of regional employers in the Karlovy Vary region and place successful graduates in employment. The aim of the project is to connect supply and demand of the labour market. (English)
