THE AIM IS TO OBTAIN BENEFITS PRIMARILY FOR THE RECIPIENTS OF TRAINING BUT ALSO FOR THE SCHOOL INSTITUTION AND FOR THE ACTORS INVOLVED. THE CHOICE WAS THE NATURAL CONSEQUENCE OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM UNATTENTA TO THE PREPARATION OF THE NEEDS MAP IN ADVANCE FOR EACH CORRECT DESIGN. IN PARTICULAR, TWO REA ANALYSES WERE CARRIED OUT.
