IT IS A QUESTION OF DEVELOPING A SYSTEM OF DRIVING SUITABLE FOR USE IN URBAN TRAFFIC, WHICH TAKES PLACE AT LEVEL 4 (WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE AUTONOMOUS DRIVING SYSTEM CAN ONLY TAKE CONTROL IN ALL SITUATIONS Â TOWARDS NORMALITIES, WHILE IT IS ONLY IN THE CASE OF HEAVILY ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT THIS OPERATOR MUST TAKE CARE OF THE GUIDE ONLY IN THE CASE OF HEAVILY ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
