INNOVATION IS THE DRIVING FORCE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL TERMS, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE CONTRIBUTION THAT THIS CAN MAKE TO THE DIVERSIFICATION, PROMOTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED. THIS TRAINING PLAN DEVELOPS THE ISSUES RELATING TO THE VARIOUS INNOVATIVE PROCESSES, IN THE AREA OF PRODUCTION, PROCESSING AND MANAGEMENT, RANGING FROM PRODUCTION SYSTEMS WITH A LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT (ORGANIC, ORGANIC AND REGENERATIVE), UP TO THE VALUE OF LOCAL CROPS (NATURAL PLANT FIBRES, FOOD PLANTS), BUSINESS PROCESSES TO INCREASE COMPETITIVENESS (MANAGEMENT, RESPONSIBLE ETHICS, A DATABASE OF BUSINESSES) TO THE PROMOTION AND ENHANCEMENT OF LOCAL PRODUCTS (BEER, VEGETARIAN AND VEGETARIAN).
