THE PROCESS OF LIFELONG GUIDANCE AS A WHOLE OF LIFE IS A CONTINUUM, WITH PARTICULAR CHARACTERISTICS AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF PERSONAL HISTORY. THE ABILITY TO MANAGE ITS OWN STEERING PROCESS AUTONOMOUSLY AND EFFECTIVELY REQUIRES THE PERSON TO PREPARE IN GENERAL TERMS IN TERMS OF ATTITUDES TO TRANSVERSAL SKILLS THAT ARE TRANSVERSAL, INFORMATION AND A SET OF SPECIFIC SKILLS THAT ARE ALSO AIMED AT A SELF-CHECKING WORK EXPERIENCE. THEREFORE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE MATTER, BUT IT IS NOW A STRATEGIC POLICY TO DESIGN AN ORIENTATION, WHICH PLAYS A KEY ROLE IN THE FIGHT AGAINST EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING AND IN THE FIELD OF TRAINING.
