THE TALENT LABORATORY IS INTENDED TO BE A PRACTICAL EXPERIMENT WITH OUR INSTITUTION TO THINK CAREFULLY ABOUT A PEDAGOGICALLY ORIENTED APPROACH TO A DIRECTION OF THINKING ON A DIDACTIC APPROACH, WITH A VIEW TO PROPOSING PATHWAYS TO BE TESTED AT THE SCHOOL, WHICH REALLY REALISE EVERYTHING THAT IS TO BE FOUND IN THIS IMPLICATE. THERE IS ALSO A RESPONSE TO THE PREVENTION AND REMOVAL OF SITUATIONS OF DISTRESS AND OF THE DIFFICULTIES FACED BY SUBJECTIVE OBSTACLES THAT LIE AT THE BASIS OF SCHOOL DROP-OUT AND FAILURE. THESE SITUATIONS ARE ALL THE MORE SO DURING THE TWO-YEAR PERIOD OF THE TWO-YEAR SAR PROJECT, WHICH IS PARTLY CARRIED OUT OVER THE TWO-YEAR PERIOD AND, IN PART, ON THE PART OF ALUNNIE ON LEAVING THE SCHOOL. THE INTERVENTION AIMS AT SUPPORTING ALUNNIE IN THE SELECTION PROCESS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INDICATIVE ACTION BASED BOTH ON THE ANALYSIS OF THEIR OWN RESOURCES AND THEIR EXPECTATIONS ON THE LAVORATIVIOP SCENARIO.
