Proj.skierow.jest do os.pow.29 r. ż.(w dniu rozpocz.udziału w proj.ukończył 30 r. ż.)zarej. jako os.bezrob.w PUP w NT,zakwalif.do prof.pom. I(tzw. bezrob. aktywni) lub prof.pom.II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia),które należą do co najmniej jednej z grup: tj. os.długotr.bezrob.,kobiety,osoby z nisk.kwalif.,os. z niepełnosprawn.,osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej.W ramach proj.mogą być realiz.instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wynikające z Ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o prom.zatrud.i instytucjach r.pracy(wytyczne w zakresie realiz.przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze ryn.pracy na lata 2014-2020).Uczestn.projektu jest os.,którą można zidentyfikować i uzyskać do niej dane niezbędne do określenia wspólnych wskaźników produktu,dla którego planowane jest podniesienie określonego wydatku(wytyczne w zakresie monitorow.postępu rzeczowego realizacji progr.operacyjnych na lata 2014-220).W PUP w NT wg.stanu na dzień 31.01.2018 r.zarej.było 801(K:429,M:372)osób,z czego 545(K:274, M:271) to os.pow.29 r.ż., należące do I i II prof.pom.,czyli ponad 68% ogółu os.bezrob,w tym osoby powyżej 50 roku życia205os.,o niskich kwalif.(poziom wykszt.do ISCDE3)403os.,długotrwale bezrobotne192os.,z niepełnosprawn.66os.,kobiety 274os.Z dośw.PUP wynika,że dużą trud.w podjęciu zatrudn.mają os.należące do każdej z gr.docel.projektu,dlatego dział.w znacznej mierze będą kierowane do os.z tych właśnie grup.Proj.realiz. przezPUPwNT zostanie objęte60osób,które wezmą udział w szkoleniach,stażach lub otrzymają dotację na rozp.dział.gospod.w tym19osób zostanie skierowane na szkolenia,których rezult.będzie uzyska kwalif.po opusz.progr przez minimum13 os.(tj.minimum 21,08% osób),25%os.objętych projektem otrz.środki na rozp.działal.gospod.a 26 os. zostanie skier.na staż.Program zakłada, że po opuszczeniu progr. efektyw.zatrudnien.wyniesie co najmniej 44% dla każdej z grup osób objętych projektem,tj.:osoby długotrw.bezrob.,kobiety,osoby z nisk.kwalif.,osoby z niepełnosprawn.,osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej.
