Projekt polega na budowie farmy fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,75 kW na potrzeby Stacji Uzdatniania Wody Wierzchowo. Pozwoli to na wytwarzanie energii elektrycznej w 100% przeznaczonej na potrzeby własne. Inwestycja będzie realizowana na terenie Gminy Wierzchowo i ma charakter stacjonarny. Najważniejszymi etapami projektu są: 1. Przygotowanie oraz przeprowadzenie postępowania na wykonawcę robót budowlanych zaplanowanych w projekcie ( przetarg nieograniczony), 2. Podpisanie umowy z wyłonionym wykonawcą. 3. Rzeczowa realizacja projektu - dostawa i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. 4. włączenie do sieci i uruchomienie instalacji.5. Odbiór instalacji. Przez cały okres realizacji inwestycji będzie prowadzona dokumentacja projektowa, rozliczenia finansowe, wymagana sprawozdawczość i promocja projektu. W celu prawidłowej realizacji projektu planuje się powołanie zespołu projektowego który będzie odpowiedzialny za nadzór i ogólną koordynację projektu. W skład zespołu wejdą pracownicy Urzędu Gminy w Wierzchowie. W skład zespołu wejdą następujące osoby: kierownik projektu, asystent kierownika projektu, specjalista ds. rozliczeń finansowo-księgowych, specjalista ds. zamówień. Będą to pracownicy Wnioskodawcy. Szczegółowy zakres obowiązków podmiotów odpowiedzialnych za wdrażanie projektu opisany został w rozdziale 3.2.2.1 Studium wykonalności. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a 39.75 kW photovoltaic farm for the Wierzchowo Water Treatment Station. This will allow 100 % of electricity to be generated for own consumption. The investment will be carried out in the municipality of Wierzchowo and has a stationary character. The most important stages of the project are: 1. Preparation and conduct of proceedings for the contractor of construction works planned in the project (unlimited tender), 2. Signing the contract with the selected contractor. 3. Tangible implementation of the project – delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations. 4. networking and installation.5. Receiving the installation. Project documentation, financial settlements, required reporting and promotion of the project will be maintained throughout the investment period. For the proper implementation of the project, a project team is planned to be responsible for the supervision and overall coordination of the project. The team will be composed of employees of the Municipal Office in Wierzchów. The team will be composed of the following: project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Financial Accounting Specialist, Procurement Specialist. These will be the Applicant’s employees. The detailed responsibilities of the entities responsible for implementing the project are described in Chapter 3.2.2.1 of the feasibility study. (English)
