Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie aktywności społ. w środowisku lokal. rodzin i osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., a w szczeg. rodzin z probl. opiekuńczo-wychow., zagrożonych lub dotkniętych zjawiskiem przemocy (40 UP- 30K, 10M),dzieci z rodzin z probl. opiekuńczo-wychow.(30UP - 20dz, 10chł) i rodzin z osobą niesamodzielną (20UP-16K,4M), na terenie miasta Bartoszyce, poprzez rozwój usług społ. dla grupy 90 osób (66K,24M) oraz ich otoczenia przez okres 39 miesięcy. W ramach projektu przewidzianych jest 5 zadań:1.Wzmacnianie środ. form wsparcia rodzin przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychow., 2.Wsparcie rodzin w rozw. problemów opiekuńczo-wychow., zmierzające do świadomego i odpowiedz. podejmowania i realizacji funkcji wynikających z rodzicielstwa, 3.Usługi wspierające prawidłowe funkcj. rodziny i przyczyniające się do podniesienia jakości codziennego życia, 4.Usługi, mające na celu wzmocnienie więzi rodzinnych przy jednoczesnym rozwoju wiedzy lub kształtowaniu postaw, służących polepszeniu funkcjonowania rodziny,5.Realizacja usług wspierających integrację rodzin ze środowiskiem lokalnym(...) . UP będzie 90 osób (66K,24M) korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy MOPS w Bartoszycach z rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., a w szczególności rodzin z problemami opiekuńczo-wychow., zagrożonych lub dotkniętych zjawiskiem przemocy i rodzin z osobą niesamodzielną na terenie m. Bartoszyce. Efektami proj będzie nabycie przez UP umiej. społ. oraz zwięk. ich aktywności społ, natomiast produktami będą warsztaty grup. i spotkania indyw. z psych. oraz pedag.-"Szkoła dla rodziców", Punkt Konsult. z pomocą prawną, psychol. i ter.ds.uzależnień, działalność asystenta rodziny, warsztaty dla dzieci i młodzieży, szkolenie w zakresie zarządzania budżetem domowym i I pomocy przedmed., warsztaty dla rodzin z osobą niesamodzielną, działalność konsultanta rodziny, wycieczki, międzypokoleniowe warsztaty rodzinne i piknik integracyjny. The main objective of the project is to increase social activity in the environment of families and people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, especially families with care and education probl., threatened or affected by violence (40 UP-30K, 10M), children from families with probable care and education.(30UP – 20dz, 10chł) and families with an independent person (20UP-16K, 4 months) for the development of the community through the period of care and education.(30UP – 20dz, 10chł) and families with an independent person (20UP-16K, 4K). Within the framework of the project there are 5 tasks:1.Strengthening on Wednesday forms of support for families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling the functions of care and education., 2.Supporting families in the development of caring and educational problems., aimed at conscious and responding. taking up and fulfilling functions resulting from parenthood, 3.Services supporting proper functions.Families and contributing to improving the quality of everyday life, 4.Lifeships, which aim at strengthening the functioning of local services. Up will be 90 people (66K,24M) benefiting from the benefits of MOPS in Bartoszyce from families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, in particular families with care problems, threatened or affected by violence and families with dependent persons in the area of Bartoszyce. The effects of the project will be the acquisition by UP of the skills of the public and the increase of their social activities, while the products will be workshops of groups. and meetings of indiv. with psych. and pedag.-“School for parents”, Consultation Point. with legal assistance, psychol. and ter.ds. interdependent family activities, family assistant activity, workshops for children and youth, training in the field of home budget management and I premed.
