Projekt realizuje Fundacja Elbląg w partner.z Powiatowym Urzędem Pracy w Egu i Pomorską Grupą Doradczą (przedsiębiorstwem). Projekt wdraża produkt finalny proj. innow: "Wybierz przyszłość-innowac.narzędzia wspom.interwencję socjalną"Dobre praktyki EFS oraz wyprac. przez ERKON-Modelu „Wiek gorącego ziemniaka”w ramach proj. innowacyjnotestującego z kompon. ponadnar.(Finalista RegioStars-Konkurs KE),z listy projektów innowacyjnych KIW. Cel: zwiększenie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej wśród 60 osobowej (36K,24M) grupy niepełnosprawnych bezrobotnych osób w wieku 15-64 lata z Elbląga i pow.elbląskiego(woj warm.-mazur.) w okresie 1.09.2017-30.11.2019 zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz.społ.,w tym osoby bezrob.(uczestnicy projektu) oraz otocz. tych osób. Zadania: 1. Pogłębiona diagnoza – identyfikacja potrzeb, zasobów, potencjału i predyspozycji - zbudowanie Indywid.Ścieżek Reintegracji, 2. Aktywna integracja społeczna – warsztaty edukacyjne-Aflatoun, poradnictwo specjalist.(prawne i społeczno-obywatelskie),grupowa aktywizacja społeczna (trening interpersonalny), indywidualne wsparcie psychologa, 3. Aktywna integracja zawodowa – grupowa aktyw. zawod. (doradztwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, spotkania przedst.. różne formy zatrudnienia),indywidualne wsparcie doradcy zaw.,szkolenia zawodowe „szyte na miarę”, staże, trening i pośrednictwo pracy oraz life i job coaching i zatrudnienie. Gr.doc.:60 osób niepełnospr.(36K,24M) z E-ga i pow.elbląs. w woj warm.-mazur.(zagr.ubóstwem/wykl. społ) 15-64 lata. Efekty: Cel osiągniemy przez przeprow.2 edycji wsparcia (I: 09.2017-10.2018; II: 10.2018-11.2019; w każdej edycji po 30 UP) zapewn.UP kompleks.pomoc z uwzględ.indywid.potrzeb (12 m-cy wsparcia dla każdego UP).Zatrudnienie uzyska 25% UP, 60% UP zwiększy swoją aktyw.społ.-zatrudn., 30 UP weźmie udział w szkolen.(15UP w edycji), 12UP w stażach (6 UP w edycji). The project is carried out by the Elbląg Foundation in a partner with the District Labour Office in Egu and the Pomeranian Advisory Group (undertaking). The project implements the final product project. innow: “Select the future-innovac.tools"Social intervention"Good practices of the ESF and work out by the ERKON-Model "The Age of Hot Potato" as part of the project. innovative tester from the supranar composition.(Finalista RegioStars-KE Competition), from the list of innovative projects of KIW. Objective: increase of socio-occupational activity among 60 people (36K,24M) group of disabled unemployed persons aged 15-64 years from Elbląg and the district of Elbląski (war.-mazury) in the period 1.09.2017-30.11.2019 at risk of poverty and/or exclusion. Tasks: 1. In-depth diagnosis – identification of needs, resources, potential and predisposition – building Individ. Path of Reintegration, 2. Active social inclusion – educational workshops-Aflatoun, specialist guidance.(legal and socio-citizens), group social activation (interpersonal training), individual psychologist support, 3. Active Professional Integration – Group Activity. occupation. (professional counselling, employment intermediation, pre-ordinary meetings), individual support of the adviser, professional training “made-to-measure”, internships, training and intermediation, as well as life and job coaching and employment. Gr.doc.:60 persons under-performance (36K,24M) from E-ga and pow.elbląs. in warm.-mazury voivodship 15-64 years old. Effects: The goal will be achieved by apologies 2 editions of support (I: 09,2017 TO 10,2018; II: 10,2018 TO 11,2019; in each edition of 30 UP) zapewn.UP complex.help with consideration.Individuals (12 m of support for each UP).Employment will be 25 % UP, 60 % UP will increase its assets.com-employee, 30 UP will take part in the training.(15UP in edition), 12UP in internships (6 UP in edition).
