Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie termomodernizacji budynku należącego do przedsiębiorstwa Firmy "Tonetic" Krzysztof Adamczyk zlokalizowanego na działce nr 453/2, obręb Dobre Miasto, gm. Dobre Miasto, pow. olsztyński, woj. warmińsko-mazurskie. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca wykona następujące prace: 1. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych. 2. Wykonanie termoizolacji stropodachu. 3. Wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. 4. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie. 5. Modernizacja instalacji grzewczej. Przewiduje się wykonanie ulepszeń termomodernizacyjnych składających się na optymalny wariant przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego, poprawiające sprawność cieplną systemu grzewczego polegające na wymianie grzejników z żeliwnych na płytowe wyposażonych w zawory termostatyczne oraz izolacje przewodów doprowadzających. 6. Budowa instalacji wentylacyjnej z odzyskiem ciepła. Budynek, który przejdzie kompleksową termomodernizację znajduje się na działce nr 453/2, obręb Dobre Miasto jest własnością Wnioskodawcy. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 tj.dzięki realizacji inwestycji zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Nastąpi oszczędność energii o 92,17 %. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej wyniesie 1609,98 GJ/rok. Szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 49,20 MgCO2. Wnioskodawca należy do sektora MŚP. Wspierane urządzenia od początku okresu programowania charakteryzują się obowiązującym do końca 2020 roku min.poziomem efektywności energetycznej i normami emisji zanieczyszczeń(na podstawie Dyrektywy 2009/125/WE). Projekt wynika z przeprowadzonego audytu energetycznego. (Polish)

The subject of the project is to carry out thermal modernisation of the building belonging to the company “Tonetic” Krzysztof Adamczyk, located on plot no. 453/2, the area of Dobre Miasto, gm. Dobre Miasto, pow. Olsztyn, woj. Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Within the framework of the project, the applicant will perform the following work: 1. Warming of the outer walls. 2. Thermal insulation of the trophode. 3. Replacement of window and door carpentry. 4. Warming the floor on the ground. 5. Modernisation of the heating system. Thermal upgrades consisting of the optimal variant of the thermomodernisation project, improving the thermal efficiency of the heating system, consisting of the exchange of cast iron to plate radiators equipped with thermostatic valves and insulation of supply lines are envisaged. 6. Construction of a ventilation system with heat recovery. The building, which undergoes a comprehensive thermal modernisation, is located on plot no. 453/2, the area of the Good City is owned by the Applicant. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 i.e. thanks to the realisation of the investment will increase energy efficiency in the applicant’s enterprise. There will be an energy savings of 92.17 %. The amount of thermal energy saved will be 1609.98 GJ/year. Estimated reductions in greenhouse gas emissions of 49.20 MgCO2. The applicant belongs to the SME sector. Supported equipment from the beginning of the programming period is characterised by an energy efficiency level and emission standards applicable until the end of 2020 (based on Directive 2009/125/EC).
