Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 1 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 34,56 kW na gruncie działki nr 11/1 Samogowo-Kąpity w gm. Olsztynek z wykorzystaniem 128 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy 270 W każdy. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana w całości na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań –wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej : Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów. Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 34,56 kW. Projekt zakończy się w ciągu 1 roku od daty podpisania umowy o dofinansowanie. Niniejszy projekt będzie miał wpływ na realizację zaplanowanego w RPO W-M specyficznego wskaźnika rezultatu określonego dla programu jakim jest „udział energii elektrycznej produkowanej ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii elektrycznej ogółem” do 2023r. do poziomu 81,29%. The planned investment will consist of the purchase and assembly of 1 photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 34.56 kW on the grounds of plot No. 11/1 Samogowo-Kąpity in Olsztynek with the use of 128 units of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 270 W each. No construction permit or environmental decision are required to carry out this investment. The energy generated will be used entirely for the company’s own needs. The implementation of the project is justified both economically, environmentally, socially and economically and will contribute to achieving the guidelines established by the European Union. Stages of implementation: 1. Preparation phase – selection of the contractor in accordance with the principle of competitiveness 2. Implementation stage – purchase and installation of photovoltaic installation: The project is consistent with the strategy of socio-economic development of Warmia-Mazury voivodship until 2025 and is in line with SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 as it contributes to the realisation of the objectives, indicators and results planned above, is consistent with the co-financed forms of support and the type of beneficiaries. The project fulfils the objective of Measure 4.1 increased share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region by purchasing and assembling a photovoltaic plant with a capacity of 34.56 kW. The project will be completed within 1 from the date of signing the grant agreement. This project will have an impact on the implementation of the W-M ROP’s specific result indicator defined for the programme “share of electricity produced from renewable sources in total electricity generation” up to 81.29 % by 2023.
