Cel główny proj. Aktywizacja zawodowa i podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia u 120 UP powyżej 29 r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez wyposażenie ich w latach 2016-2018 w kwalifikacje i kompetencje zawodowe odpowiadające zdiagnozowanym potrzebom pracodawców. W ramach proj.wsparciem zostanie objętych 120os (41K,79M, w tej. gr 24os. bierne zawod. ) pow 29 r.ż. z pow.ostrowieckiego i kieleckiego oraz m.Kielc, znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej syt.na rynku pracy,które są bezrobotne,poszukujące pracy w tym zarejestr. w PUP/MUP jako bezrobotne z I i II profilem pomocy oraz os.bierne zawodowo,należące do co najmniej 1 z poniższych kategorii.osób: z niepełnosprawnościami ,długotrwale bezrobotne, z niskimi kwalifikacjami, w wieku 50+ ,kobiety, osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osoba zależna oraz powracajace na rynek pracy po sprawowaniu opieki . Planowana liczba objętych wsparciem: 120UP (41K,79M). Projekt real.zgodnie z zasadą równości szans płci i niedyskryminacji na rynku pracy. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu priorytetu inwestycyjnego poprzez oferowane w ramach proj.wsparcie obejmujące: blok doradczy(poradnictwo zawodowe indywid. i gr., wsparcie terapeutyczno-psychologiczne)- dla 120 os.,szkolenia zawodowe dla 120os.,staże zawodowe dla 120os., pośrednictwo pracy indywidualne i grupowe-120os. oraz obowiązkowo Indywidualny Plan Działań dla 120UP. Głównym efektem proj. będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min.33%, kobiety-min. 39%, ON-min.33%, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne-min. 35%, o niskich kwalifikacjach-min.29%, osoby sprawujące opiekę nad osobą zależną oraz powracające na rynek pracy po okresie sprawowania opieki-min. 33%. Target of the project. Professional activation and employability in 120 UPs over 29 years without employment by equipping them in the period 2016-2018 with qualifications and professional competences that meet the diagnosed needs of employers. As part of the project, support will be covered by 120os (41K,79M, in this. gr 24os. passive profession. ) in 29 from the districts of Ostrowiecki and Kielce as well as Kielce, located in a particularly difficult job market, who are unemployed, looking for a job, including a register. in PUP/MUP as unemployed with I and II profiles of aid and employees belonging to at least 1 of the following categories. with disabilities, long-term unemployed, with low qualifications, aged 50+, women, persons caring for a dependant and returning to the labour market after taking care. Planned number of supported: 120UP (41K,79M). The project is in line with the principle of equal opportunities for gender and non-discrimination in the labour market. The project will contribute to the investment priority objective through support offered under the project, including: advisory block (professional counselling of individuals, therapeutic and psychological support)- for 120 persons, vocational training for 120 people, internship for 120 persons, intermediation of individual and group work-120 persons and mandatory Individual Action Plan for 120UP. The main effect of the project will be to take up employment by: people aged 50 and over.33 %, women-min. 39 %, ON-min.33 %, long-term unemployed-min. 35 %, low-skilled-min.29 %, caregivers and re-entering the labour market after care-min. 33 %.
