Cel główny to podniesienie kompetencji zaw. u min. 90% z 19 uczniów (11K) Branżowej Szkoły I stopnia z oddziałami Zasadniczej Szkoły Zawodowej przy Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno - Wychowawczym im. Kawalerów Maltańskich w Bartoszycach (dalej: SZK, szkoła) poprzez modernizację metod i treści kształcenia, zakup wyposażenia niezbędnego do kształcenia zawodowego, a także podniesienie kompetencji ZAW 4 (3K, 1M) nauczycieli w okresie od 01.09.2018 do 30.06.2019 Proj zakłada programy współpracy szkoły z pracodawcami. Gr doc z woj. warm.-maz. - 19 uczniów/czennic (11 – K, UCZ) oraz 4 nauczycieli kształcenia zaw. (3K) ze Szkoły Branżowej. W proj objęci wsparciem będą uczniowie wszystkich klas szkoły. Są to klasy wielozawodowe, UCZ kształcą się w kierunkach: Monter zabudowy i robót wykończeniowych w budownictwie, Kucharz oraz Pracownik pomocniczy obsługi hotelowej. W proj. 19 UCZ Szkoły Branżowej odbędzie praktyki zaw. u pracodawców w wymiarze 150 h/UCZ i wezmą udział w kursach wyposaż. w wiedzę niezbędną na rynku pracy, nauczyciele zdobędą nowe kompetencje związane z z nauczanym zawodem, a pracownie szkolne zostaną doposażone w sprzęt zg. z podstawą programową. Główne wskaźniki: Liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zaw.o oraz instruk. praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifik. lub nabyli kompetencje– 4. Liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. doposażonych w programie w sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne niezbędne do realizacji kształcenia zaw. - 1. Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zaw. uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawcy – 19. Zadania: 1. Doposażenie 2. Indywidualna diagnoza potrzeb i predyspozycji uczniów 3. The main objective is to increase the competence of at least 90 % of the 19 students (11K) of the first-degree Industry School with branches of the Basic Vocational School at the Special School and Education Centre of Malta Cavaliers in Bartoszyce (hereinafter: School) by modernising the methods and content of the education, purchasing the equipment necessary for vocational training, as well as improving the competences of ZAW 4 (3K, 1M) teachers in the period from 01.09.2018 to 30.06.2019 The project establishes programmes of cooperation between schools and employers. Gr doc with warm.-maz. — 19 pupils/students (11 – K, UCZ) and 4 teachers of education in (3K) from the Industry School. The project will be supported by pupils of all classes of the school. These are multi-professional classes, the student learns in the following directions: Assembler of construction and finishing works in construction, Cook and auxiliary Employee of hotel service. It’s a project. 19 School of Industry will hold an internship with employers in the amount of 150 h/UCZ and will take part in the courses equip them with the knowledge necessary on the labour market, teachers will acquire new competences related to the profession taught, and the workshops will be equipped with equipment according to the program base. Main indicators: Number of training teachers and practical training instructors who have been qualified or acquired competences- 4. Number of schools and educational establishments equipped with the equipment and teaching materials necessary for the implementation of the training in the programme. — 1. Number of pupils in schools and educational establishments, including participating in internships and apprenticeships with the employer – 19. Tasks: 1. Retrofitting 2. Individual Diagnosis of Students’ Needs and Predispositions 3. Apprenticeships. 4. Monitoring of practices. 5.
