Projekt dotyczy wprowadzenie na rynek nowego innowacyjnego produktu w postaci nowego typu kosza filtracyjnego dla filtrów workowych z typoszeregu wykorzystywanego do odpylania spalin z procesu spalania węgla kamiennego w kotłach wodnych, parowych itd. Prace B+R prowadzone w firmie pozwoliły na opracowanie konstrukcji kosza o średnicy 158 mm z 20 drutami, a więc gęściej rozmieszczonymi na obwodzie pierścienia, co pozwoliło zastosować tkaninę filtracyjną w włóknin szklanych, która jest cieńsza od obecnie stosowanych i mnie wytrzymała, ale dzięki mniejszym odstępom od prętów jest ona tak samo żywotna jak tkaniny do tej pory stosowane, które były mocniejsze, ale jednocześnie miały mniejsza zdolność filtracyjną. Dzięki temu rozwiązaniu takich koszy filtracyjnych można zastosować mniej w danym filtrze workowym (pulsacyjnym) zachowując jego sprawność na tym samym poziomie. Aby to osiągnąć firma zaplanowała budowę hali produkcyjnej, zakup i montaż wyposażenia w postaci 2 sztuk suwnic oraz zakup prasy krawędziowej i zgrzewarki półautomatycznej. Ogólny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 1256412,81, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 664.407,54. Koszty kwalifikowane budowy hali wyniosą 199.322,26 zł i stanowią 30% wartości kosztów kwalifikowanych. W wyniku projektu zostanie wsparte jedno małe przedsiębiorstwo, które uzyska dotację, wprowadzony na rynek będzie jedne innowacyjny produkt o zasięgu europejskim oraz powstanie w firmie 3 nowe miejsca pracy. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Oś 2 Konkurencyjna gospodarka oraz Działanie 2.5 Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP w zakresie zwiększonego zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, ponieważ dzięki niemu zostanie wprowadzony w przedsiębiorstwie i na rynek nowy innowacyjny produkt. The project concerns the launch of a new innovative product in the form of a new type of filter basket for bag filters from the range used to dust exhaust gas from the combustion process of hard coal in water boilers, steam boilers, etc. The R & D works carried out in the company allowed the development of a 158 mm diameter basket with 20 wires, i.e. more densely placed on the ring circumference, which allowed to use filter fabric in glass nonwovens, which is thinner than the current ones and I am durable, but thanks to the smaller distances from the rods it is as vibrant as the fabrics used so far, which were stronger, but at the same time had less filtration capacity. Thanks to this solution such filter baskets can be used less in a given bag filter (pulse) while maintaining its efficiency at the same level. To achieve this, the company planned to build a production hall, purchase and assemble equipment in the form of 2 pieces of overhead cranes and purchase a press brake and semi-automatic welding machine. The total investment cost will be 1256412,81, including eligible costs 664.407.54. The eligible costs of building the hall will amount to PLN 199,322.26 and represent 30 % of the value of eligible costs. As a result of the project, one small enterprise that receives a grant will be supported, put on the market one innovative European product and create 3 new jobs in the company. The project is in line with the objectives of Axis 2 Competitive Economy and Measure 2.5 Support the investment of the SME sector to increase the use of innovation in enterprises in the SME sector, as it will introduce a new innovative product into the enterprise and the market.
