GŁÓWNYM CELEM projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji zawodowych poprzez ukończenie szkolenia zawodowego wśród 90 (9K, 81M) os. dorosłych w wieku aktyw. zaw. zainteresowanych z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem kompetencji zamieszkujących na obszarze województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego w okresie IV.2018-VII.2019. GŁÓWNYMI REZULTATAMI i PRODUKTAMI projektu są: -uzyskanie przez min. 80% gr. docelowej (7K, 65M) kompetencji w branży budowlanej w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia; -90 osób (9K, 81M) uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w ramach realizowanego projektu. GRUPA DOCELOWA projektu składa się z 90 (9K, 81M) osób dorosłych z własnej inicjatywy zain. podn. komp. zaw., które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów KC, na obszarze woj. war-maz., z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących DG. Skład gr. doc. to 90 (9K, 81M) uczestników projektu (dalej UP) w tym: -9 UP (1K, 8M) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, -45 UP (5K, 40M) o niskich kwalifikacjach, -54 UP (4K, 50M) zamieszkujących na obszarze wiejskim, -2 UP (1K, 1M) z niepełnosprawnościami, -9 UP (1K, 8M) osoby bezrobotne, -9 UP (1K, 8M) osoby bierne zawodowo, -72 UP (7K, 65M) osoby pracujące. Rekrutacja prowadzona w sposób ciągły w okresie 04.2018-04.2019. ZADANIA - w ramach projektu planuje się zrealizować szkolenia zawodowe w branży budowlanej które dostarczą kompetencji: -Pomocnik w pracach murarsko-tynkarskich – 60 UP; -Podstawy ślusarstwa w branży budowlanej – 20 UP; -Asystent przedstawiciela handlowego w branży budowlanej – 10 UP. Wsparcie w ramach proj. jest zindywidualizowane, kompleksowe i dostos. do potrzeb UP poprzedzone diagnozą. (Polish)

The main goal of the project is to increase professional competences by completing vocational training among 90 (9K, 81M) adults aged, including those interested on their own initiative to acquire competences living in the Warmia-Mazury Voivodship in the period IV.2018-VII.2019. The main results and PRODUCTS of the project are: — gaining at least 80 % of the target (7K, 65M) competence in the construction industry in the non-school forms of training; —90 persons (9K, 81M) participating in non-school forms of training within the framework of the project. The target group of the project consists of 90 (9K, 81M) adults on their own initiative, including those who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the provisions of the CSC, in the war-maz area, excluding those conducting DGs. The composition is 90 (9K, 81M) of project participants (hereinafter UP) including: —9 UP (1K, 8M) aged 50 years and over, -45 UP (5K, 40M) low-skilled, -54 UP (4K, 50M) living in rural areas, -2 UP (1K, 1M) with disabilities, -9 UP (1K, 8M) unemployed, -9 UP (1K, 8M) professionally passive persons, -72 UP (7K, 65) Recruitment carried out on a continuous basis during the period 04.2018-04.2019. Tasks – within the framework of the project, vocational training in the construction industry is planned to provide the following competences: —Aid in masonry work – 60 UP; —Bases of locksmithing in the construction industry – 20 UP; —Assistant sales representative in the construction industry – 10 UP. Support within the project is individualised, comprehensive and tailored to the needs of UP preceded by diagnosis. (English)
