Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja linii produkcyjnej laminowanych, głównie wysokopołyskowych mebli i komponentów meblowych z wykorzystaniem opatentowanego agregatu do wieloprofilowej obróbki obrzeża po oklejeniu oraz maszyny okleinującej z agregatem do kopiowania naroży KFA i zamkniętym systemem PUR - nakładania kleju poliuretanowego na krawędzie formatek. Dzięki tym rozwiązaniom procesowym dotychczasowa oferta produkcyjna zostanie rozszerzona o nowe produkty, jakość produkowanych elementów osiągnie nowy, konkurencyjny poziom, co umożliwi realizację nowej strategii marketingowej, opartej o kolekcję nowoczesnych wzorniczo mebli krzywoliniowych. The aim of the project is to modernise the production line of laminated, mainly high-gloss furniture and furniture components using a patented unit for multi-profile processing of the edges after wrapping, as well as a veneer with a KFA corner copying unit and a closed PUR system – applying polyurethane glue to the edges of the formats. Thanks to these process solutions, the current production offer will be extended to include new products, the quality of the components produced will reach a new, competitive level, which will enable the implementation of a new marketing strategy, based on a collection of modern curvilinear furniture.
